THE DREAM An officer asked me to strip for a police party, while he
should have been arresting me. I said maybe later, with no real intention
of doing it. I saw a guy smoking marihuana from a huge coconut. I went into
an older cripple mans house and smoked with him ( I haven't smoked in a long
time). I had to leave him, but I felt bad because he was so lonely and nice
and I knew everyone was using him. I was worried about my fiancé' finding
out, so I had to leave. I had been there before, so I knew my way around.
The coconut was so big, and it had a huge joint in it.
THE REALITY The dreamer had just opened up to her fiancé and told him
exactly how she felt about him. She was not usually one for showing her deep
feelings.
THE INTERPRETATION Dreams capture our emotions but in symbolic form. Here
the stripping is a strong symbol and since the dreamer had just been revealing
her true(naked) feelings to her fiancé then its fair to assume that
the dream links to this. Thats especially the case as the dream features her
fiancé. Stripping links to moments when we show our true emotions.

remains is for the sister of my best friend and me to go in and collect the

THE REALITY The dreamer had not done a task at work that she was due to complete.
She had to think up and excuse or explain away this fact. The dream was about

THE DREAM Last night I dreamt of my husband with another blond woman
that I don't know. There was something that was going on in the town and somebody
got killed and I wanted him to go investigate or do something but he was just
ignoring me and he was holding his woman in his lap. I was so pissed off and
angry, I took a hammer and I was trying to break things. I felt so helpless
and I felt if I break something I will be relived from those feelings. I hit
things that look like a glass shelf but it didn't break, no matter how hard
I was hitting it didn't break. And I woke up angry. I wasn't angry about him
being with another woman, I was mad at him for not doing anything to find
out what happened.
THE REALITY In real life a day before the dream the dreamer had a fight with
her boss and almost quit her job. It was very bad, and the dreamer was glad
her boss hung up the phone on her because she was about to tell her:"this
is it, I am done working for you". She was in a mood all day and couldn't
get to sleep easily.
THE INTERPRETATION The dream seems to be about this very important issue.
If something was absolutely dominating your feelings the day before the dream
then its likely that the dreamer will have a dream on the issue.
Having said that the dream has two possible meanings. In life we are wedded
to many things and not just our husband and wives. So maybe the husband symbolises
the dreamers marriage to her work. She has commitments and responsibilities
just like in real life. In that way the anger she has towards her husband
in the dream represents her anger towards the boss.
A second explanation is possible. A husband has certain responsibilities and

THE DREAM I am in a pub. It seems to have been attacked by a group
of scousers. There is a narrow alleyway that leads from our pub to their pub.
We start off to give them a "right kicking". But their appear to be police
on the way so I hide in a court yard. Later I am in some kind of war. There
appears to be some middle eastern guy who is almost naked and his wounds appear.
He was shot right across his stomach. From the bottom left to the top right.
There is another guy there who also has scars on him. He seems to have been
walked all over and has deep imprints on him. Then I am in this room. Its
like a one room building. I have this kind of heart thing on me but it stinks.
There is an Native American there who is looking at me.
THE REALITY The dreamer woke up and thought of a group of people at work whom
he was imposing his ideas on.
THE INTERPRETATION Quite often when you wake up some immediate issue will
rise to the surface. Its quite possible that the dream is about that. Dreams
are also about very abstract ideas. So what evidence is there to link to this
"issue"?
The dreamer immediately seemed to link this dream to the work situation where
he felt he was not considering the ideas of others. This tendency was also
getting to quite a general tendency within him. And indeed on first inspection
the dream does seem to be at least consistent.
The dream deals with football supporters and violent male attitudes. What
better symbols for an aggressive tendency to impose your views and attitudes
on others. The dream also deals with middle eastern people which can obviously
link to the issue of prejudice. So perhaps the dreamer was starting to realise
his own prejudices and his own tendency to trample all over other peoples

The dreamer tended to think of himself as rather a spiritual person and that

THE DREAM when I DID eventually get to sleep, I dreamed that I was
at home (not university home - home home), and I was walking up my road, and
the Rasta man/hippy who has his guts ripped out in 'Live Organ Transplants'
in The Meaning of Life (played by Terry Gilliam) was having his house raided
by the police and they were carrying his computer out, and he was like 'no
man, thats got my Terry Jones photos on it! and the police were like 'yes,
thats why we're taking it away - its illegal' and as I was walking up my street,
practically everyone was having their computers confiscated for having Terry
Jones photos on it!
Then they got to my house and they were carrying out our home computer and
my dad was like 'what are you doing? I don't even like Terry Jones! I think
Monty Python is a load of rubbish!' and the police were saying that I'd got
images in my user area so thats why and it's not personal! lol all I remember
thinking was that I sure as hell wasn't going to tell them I'd got my laptop
in my backpack because I'd never get my T-shirts made, and feeling really
nervous in case they searched me!!
THE REALITY The dreamer had recently become very interested in Terry Jones
off Monty Python. He is a great writer and she is interested in him for his
talents as well as his fame. The night before she was looking on the Internet
with her best friend. She was looking for pictures so she could make a Terry
Jones T-shirt. She was due to meet terry Jones who was about to present a
talk on Chaucer.
Her boyfriend does not like Monty Python and they recently had a big fight
about it recently. The dreamer lied about the talk with Terry Jones and merely
said that she was going to a talk about Chaucer.
THE INTERPRETATION In this dream the police act like its a major criminal
act the dreamer has committed. Police in dreams can represent the laws and
need for order within our own lives. Clearly her boyfriend is very anti Monty
Python and it is something that is clearly against what he considers wrong(against
his laws). So in order to preserve the peace and maintain order within her
life she has lied about the fact that she was meeting someone who her boyfriend
clearly dislikes.
Fathers are often symbols of a need to prevent something get out of hand.
So maybe the dreamer is using him as a symbol. She wants to lie to her boyfriend

THE REALITY The day before dreamer was watching the movie "Magnolia" with
Tom Cruise, Julianne Moore. TJ Mackey hates his dad because he used to cheat
on his mom all the time and when she got diagnosed with breast cancer he left
them and married a younger woman. 14 yr old TJ Mackey had to take care of
his mother until the day she died in his arms without the support of her husband,
his father so he goes on living his life hating his dad. The scene where he
finally visits his dad on his deathbed he tells him how much he hates him
for running out on them he hopes he dies and it's painful death. Mackey tells
him "I hope you fucking die you fucking cocksucker, cocksucker, cocksucker!!!"
The film stuck with the dreamer because her dad left when she was in 3rd grade
and her mom was left with the responsibilty of raising 5 kids on her own.
She was the eldest child and was therefor left with many major responsibilities
at a very young age.
THE INTERPRETATION Dreams capture thoughts important in our current mindset.
This dream was very much linking to and even quoting from a dream that the
dreamer watched the night before. The message of this film was really one
that the dreamer could identify with. She felt the same anger towards her
father that the character TJ Mackey felt towards his father. In watching the
film the dreamer was bringing up those emotions and really thinking about
her own past.
The dream showed her father breaking the law and
being caught. The laws are being enforced by a female cop who symbolises the
crimes that the dreamers father commited against women in general and towards
the family. These are not laws laid down in congress but unwritten laws. Its
really a dreamer about morality and how her father has failed in his job as

THE DREAM - I was at some sort of party. There were lots of police there. I am talking and friendly towards the police. Later on a lady who works at a homeless hostel is there. She is making an assessment of me.
THE REALITY The dreamer was starting to realise that he would have to start dealing with a health problem. Thinsg were getting very serious and if they did not get dealt with soon then things would end up with the dreamer collapsing in public or just being unable to cope.
THE INTERPRETATION
There was one big issue looming in the dreamers mind. He knew that he would have to start dealing with a particular health issue or his life would descend into general chaos and disorder. The dream seems linked to this and the sykbols are all very consistent with this.
The police generally can link to situations of disorder. But disorder in a general sense. That your life becomes chaotic and disordered. Its not really linked to disorder in the sense that laws are broken.
The lady who works at a homeless shelter was a strong symbol. The previous time that the dreamer met her she had been making an assessment of a homeless man who had let health problems get out of control. There was a clear link to the dreamers own life. He had let his health issues get out of control and if he did not start to deal with the situation and sort out the problems then he would be just like that homeless man. People would be intervening after the situation had got out of hand.
